Can you list my house?
Yes. If the best alternative for a homeowner to maximize value is a traditional listing, we offer a very competitive listing program.

Am I obligated to take your offer?
Not at all. You are under no obligation.

Do you buy houses or properties in need of repair?
We will purchase your home whether or not it needs repairs. Many sellers do not have the time, money or expertise for extensive updates or repairs.

What types of property do you buy?
We buy any type of property in any condition. We purchase single family homes and multi-family homes with up to four units.

What do you mean by cash?
We use our own cash to buy your property, which eliminates the need for a loan or any approval from outside sources. We have the power to make instant decisions and close escrow quickly.

What if my house is already listed with an agent?
You can still sell your house to us, however, you may need to compensate your agent according to the terms of your agreement.

Can I still sell my house if I’m in the process of evicting a tenant or have tenant troubles?
Yes. We can close escrow with the tenant occupying the property.

Can I sell my house in probate?
Yes. We will make a valid offer subject to the completion of the probate.

I need to sell my inherited home, will you buy it?
Yes. We will make you an offer. If you agree, we can close and you will receive your money from escrow as soon as 7 days!

How long does it take to get an offer?
Although every situation is unique, it is not unusual to get an offer within two hours.

What if I owe more than my house is worth?
We can work with you and your bank to facilitate a “short sale” on your home.

Do you provide moving credit as cash or a discount coupon?
 Our moving credit is $500 cash, for you to apply to your move, in any way you would like.

Do I have to clean my home if I sell it to you?
 You are free to leave behind any items that you do not wish to take with you. It is not necessary to leave your home in “broom clean” condition as is custom in a traditional sale.
